Our Story

Victory Home Care Agency was founded as a divine calling, a revelation from God that directed me to establish a service that truly cares for the elderly. I have always had a deep love for seniors, but my emotional connection to their suffering made it difficult for me to pursue my initial dream of becoming a nurse. Seeing them in pain or distress would bring me to tears, making it clear that my role was meant to be one of advocacy and support in a different way.

I instead built a career in human resources, serving as an HR Director in skilled nursing facilities. Though I wasn’t providing direct care, I was able to form deep, meaningful relationships with elderly residents. Through those conversations, I came to understand a heartbreaking reality; so many seniors spend their final years alone. Loneliness can be just as painful as physical illness, and no one should face the end of life without love and companionship.

My personal experience further shaped my mission. I was blessed and grateful that my late grandmother passed away surrounded by family. That moment reinforced my belief that every senior deserves to be cared for with dignity, surrounded by warmth and companionship.
